That seems pretty FALSE because beef will get greyer and will grow more bacteria the more they age. It doesn't smell good, it doesn't taste good, and it will get you sick.

Which would mean beef doesn't improve over time. instead of improving it just becomes worse and worse

Just like any other food. they will mold and become un-edible overtime. Eating old beef could make you very sick.

So watch out. If you see beef with black mold or white mold it's best you get rid of them.
