              0.08 + 0.92e^{-4k} = 0.16  

              0.92e^{-4k} = 0.16 - 0.08

              0.92e^{-4k} = 0.08

              e^{-4k} = \frac {0.08}{0.92}

              k ≈ 0.06106

        ⇒ y(t) = 0.9
