Answer:

Aggression is hostile or violent behavior or attitudes towards another. An example of an act that is not violent or aggressive in nature but still can cause harm is lying. Even if it’s just spreading a rumor in a non-violent or hostile way, a person could, for example- loose their job because of it.

Answer:

Aggression - a hostile or "stand-offish" behavior towards another being. (i.e. dogs often bare their teeth and growl to show hostility/aggression)

Keep in mind that any intentional act of violence can be seen as aggressive. Accidents such as a car unintentionally hitting an unknowing pedestrian are not aggressive. The pedestrian is being harmed, but the driver of the car did not run them over with the intent to harm. A dog baring his teeth at an intruder before attacking is an aggressive act because the dog intends to harm the intruder.

Answer: Conservation

Explanation: The conservation theory of Swiss scientist Jean Piaget speaks of the ability to logically perceive a certain amount, volume, despite the different shape of a vessel containing a certain liquid, or size despite on how many different parts is divided a particular object, food as in this case. Piaget studied this on children, where he performed experiments and tested children's abilities to see some quantities remain the same even though the shape changes, or some objects remain the same, as far as sizes are concerned, when divided into several parts.

Who has the legal responsibility to determine the cause of fires in most jurisdictions?
Inga [223]

Fire Chief has the legal responsibility to determine the cause of fires in most jurisdictions.

More about the fire chief:

Depending on the country, the phrase "fire officer" can refer to any firefighter who also has some command responsibilities. This is similar to how "officer" is used in the military instead of "police officer."

In American fire departments, lieutenants and captains who are a part of an engine company or other unit are known as company officers, and battalion commanders and higher are known as chief officers.

In order to prevent or reduce the loss of life and property due to fire and emergency medical conditions, a fire chief performs a variety of technical, administrative, and supervisory tasks in planning, organising, directing, and implementing fire prevention, suppression, and emergency medical services.

A fire chief is often chosen by the person in charge of overseeing the fire department's operations, such as the mayor in the case of a municipal fire department.
