Answer:

 2. j, k

 3. s, r

Step-by-step explanation:

In each figure, the shared side of the angles of interest is the transversal. The lines it crosses are the parallel lines.

2. ∠1 and ∠2 are same-side interior angles with respect to transversal h and parallel lines j and k.

__

3. ∠9 and ∠10 are alternate exterior angles with respect to transversal j and parallel lines s and r.

The average score on a standardized test is 750 points with a standard deviation of 50 points. If 2,000 students take the test a
tatuchka [14]
I the average score is 750 and standard deviation ( sigma ) is 50 points, then score 700 - 800 is between (750 - 1 sigma) and (750 + 1 sigma).
That is 34.1 % + 34.1 % = 68.2 % of the whole population.
2,000 · 0.682 = 1.364
We expect 1,364 students to score between 700 and 800 points.

A family has two cars. The first car has a fuel efficiency of 20 miles per gallon of gas and the second has a fuel efficiency of
Ostrovityanka [42]

20 gallons is consumed from the first car and 25 gallons is consumed from the second car.

What is an Equation ?

A mathematical statement that relates two algebraic expression using an equal sign is called an equation.

It is given that

Fuel Efficiency of the first car is 20 miles per gallon of gas

Fuel Efficiency of the second car is 40 miles per gallon of gas

Total miles travelled = 1400 miles

Total gas consumption = 45 gallons

Let the gallons consumed from the first car is x

then the gallons consumed by the second car is (45 - x)

The equation formed will be

20* x + 40 * (45 -x) = 1400

20x +1800 - 40x = 1400

-20x = -400

x = 20

Therefore 20 gallons is consumed from the first car and

45-20 = 25 gallons is consumed from the second car.
