The seals were used to stamp wet clay, and the mark they left behing ment ownership. We can trac a seal and see where it went, and in seeing that it shows that the Indus Valley was HUGE in the trading with other countries. Also, FUN FACT these seals have been found in over 1,500 differnt countries!
