Jim decides that he needs more information on how employees feel about diversity. Jim creates a paper and pencil survey on emplo

yee attitudes toward diversity and asks managers to distribute it to employees. To keep track of all of the surveys and ensure that everyone responds, employees are asked to put their worker IDs on their surveys.
Two weeks later almost everyone has responded. The findings from the survey show that men are very strongly supportive of gender equality. The women report no significant problems with the current situation. Jim is skeptical of these findings. What could explain these results?

Answer and explanation:

the employee might be in fear of the company and therefore reporting what they want the company to hear, this is why menay report that they feel strongly for gender equality and women would say there are gender equality problems know the company. Also the researcher would have also contacted employees who had left the company, and therefore would have unbiased opinions. Thee are possible explanations of the above
