Ok, so the chart has a left column and a right column. Usually convention is to have the input column on the left and the output on the right, so the right column is a function of the left.
If you look at row where there is both a left and right entry, you can figure out what the ratio or correlation is between the two. On row 4, the left column has a 16 and the right has a 44. If you divide the right by the left, you get the ratio of the two:
44/16 = 2.75.
This means that multiplying the entry in the left row by the ratio, which is 2.75, you can get the entry in the right. It also means that if you divide the right entry by the ratio, you can get the left entry.
