5+14a=9a-5
Subtract 9a to each side
5+14a-9a=9a-5-9a
5+5a=-5
Subtract 5 to each side
5+5a-5=-5-
5a=-10
Divided 5 to each side
5a/5=-10/5
a=-2
Check:
Substitute a with -2
5+14a=9a-5
5+14(-2)=9(-2)-5
5-28=-18-5

A square has an area of 64 m². What is the length of each side?
anygoal [31]

Answer:

8m

Step-by-step explanation:

The area of a square is length*width.
