Create a report about saving money to assist with the cost of the first year of college
andrew-mc [135]

we should save money to help others in need. i believe this because there are smart homeless kids out there who want and need an education. honestly do you want to be the person who gets a homeless person hooked on drugs because they don't have an education. and there are people with houses but they don't have the kind of money for college and if they do not get that scholarship. their life can take a turn for the worst. as for research 82% of people get hooked up on drugs because they lose their education an can not get a job. this can also lead to depression. that is one of strongest inside damage. it is worse than anxiety thats pretty bad.  And it is also how people end up on the streets. And also giving money means study supplies and if thy study their education will most likely get better!!

Suppose y varies directly with x. If y = –20 when x = 2, find y when x = 14
Natasha_Volkova [10]

Answer:

y = -140

Step-by-step explanation:

Y varies directly with x

y = kx

We know y = -20 when x =2, we can solve for k

-20 = k*2

Divide each side by 2

-20/2= 2k/2

-10 =k

y = -10x

Now we want to find y when x = 14

y = -10 *14

y = -140
