What kind of percentages? Is increase here's how..... 1. First work out the difference (increase amount) between the two numbers you are comparing. 2. Increase = New Number - Original Number. 3. Then divide the increase by the original number and multiply the answer by 100. 4. % increase = Increase divided by the Original Number x 100.

dexar [7]

Answer

The monkey will be able to cover an area of 22.86 meters which is equivalent to two sides and half of the building.

Step-by-step explanation:

The length of the monkeys rope = 75 feet long

Each side of the hexagon shaped facility = 30 feet

Note that, 1 feet = 0.3048 m

if we convert 30 feet to Meter, we have,

30 × 0.3048 = 9.144

Therefore, 30 + 30 +15 = 75 which is equivalent to the two side and half side of the hexagon shaped building

75 feet × 0.304 meter = 22.86 meters.

So the total area the monkey will be able to cover will be

= 22.86 Meters which is equivalent to two sides and half of the hexagon shape building.

Find the radius of the circle whose equation is x^2 + y^2 = 4.
KATRIN_1 [288]

Answer:

Radius of the given circle is r = 2.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given equation of the circle is x^2 + y^2 = 4.

Now we need to find the radius of the given circle x^2 + y^2 = 4.

To find that let's compare with the formula of the circle with is x^2 + y^2 = r^2, where r is the radius.

We get r^2 = 4

take square root of both sides.

r=2

Hence radius of the given circle is r = 2.

Convert 45° from degrees to radians.
leonid [27]
<h2>pi divided by four</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the angle in degrees be a

Let the angle in radians be r

If a is the angle in degrees and r is the angle in radians,

a\times \frac{\pi }{180}=r

It is given that the a=45

r=\frac{\pi}{180}\times a= \frac{\pi}{180}\times 45=\frac{\pi}{4}

So,r=\frac{\pi}{4}
