Answer:A Muscle that crosses on the posterior side of a joint produces extension.

Explanation: the inferred action describes a muscle that crosses on the posterior side of a joint which produces an extension. This type of inferred actions are used in the field of Anatomy to describe different body appearance in different people especially as it has to be with to do with birth deformities. It helps them to classify these inferred actions according to "A", "C" etc. This inferred descriptions help to identify and treat such issues.

An object has a velocity of 8 m/s and a kinetic energy of 480 J. What is the mass of the object? Formula=1/2mv^2 a(7.5 b(15 kg c
Westkost [7]

Hello!

An object has a velocity of 8 m/s and a kinetic energy of 480 J. What is the mass of the object?

We have the following data:

KE (Kinetic Energy) = 480 J

m (mass) = ? (in Kg)

v (speed) = 8 m/s

Formula to calculate kinetic energy:

KE = \dfrac{1}{2} *m*v^2

Solving:

KE = \dfrac{1}{2} *m*v^2

480 = \dfrac{1}{2} *m*8^2

480 = \dfrac{1}{2} *m*64

480*2 = 64*m

960 = 64m

64m = 960

m = \dfrac{960}{64}

\boxed{\boxed{m = 15\:Kg}}\end{array}}\qquad\checkmark

Answer:

15 kg

How the nervous system coordinates the response of the skin to cold weather
Troyanec [42]

Answer:

Explanation:

The perception of cold begins when nerves in the skin send impulses to the brain about skin temperature. These impulses respond not only to the temperature of the skin, but also to the rate of change in skin temperature. Nervous impulses sent to muscles generate extra metabolic heat through shivering.

Sand dunes often have a wavy surface what creates this kind of surface
trasher [3.6K]
The Bottom Line. Dunes and ripples are both bedforms: piles of stuff that is moved along the ground by the wind (or by some fluid, like water). They are formed in different ways, taking anywhere from minutes to millennia to respond to changes in wind patterns
