How many integers in the set of all integers from 1 to 200, inclusive, are not the cube of an integer
ss7ja [257]

Cubing of integers from 1 to 5 will have their cubes in the interval 1 to 200. There are such 5 positive numbers (1,2,3,4,5).

To calculate the variety of integers, locate and subtract the integers of the hobby after which subtract 1. As evidence of the concept, calculate the wide variety of integers that fall between five and 10 on more than a few lines. We realize there are four (6, 7, 8, 9).

All entire numbers are integers (and all herbal numbers are integers), however now not all integers are whole numbers or natural numbers. as an example, -five is an integer but not an entire variety or a natural quantity. An integer is an entire variety (not a fractional number) that can be fine, bad, or 0. Examples of integers are: -5, 1, 5, 8, 97, and 3,043. Examples of numbers that are not integers are: -1.forty three, 1 3/four, three.14, . 09, and five,643.1.

A population of 40 rats living near a restaurant dumpster is growing at a monthly rate of 50%
goldenfox [79]

[(40 ÷ .5) Y] + 40

Parentheses are rat growth

Brackets are rat growth by how many years or just exclude that and the brackets if you don't need to know how many years are there are

The 40 is the amount of rats already there

Growth of rats plus the amount already there.

I'm probably wrong lol

Mrs. Hanson decided to survey the twenty-one students in her homeroom one morning to find out how they were feeling at that mome
miv72 [106K]

it's 8,

let the no. of tired students be x

add all the numbers of the happy, hungry and in between students and then subtract from the total of the student

which has to look smth like this

happy = 10

so we fill all the numbers in between then we add them and see what's missing

1+3+2 = 6

10-6 = 4

4 students are happy

hungry = 7

1+1+3 = 5

7-5 = 2

2 students are hungry

and lastly for tired, they didn't mention the total so we add all the numbers we got and subtract them by the total of students (just like mentioned above)

2+1+1+3+4+2 = 13

21-13 = 8

8 students were tired

x = 8
