Hi! Well, I would say that <em>a more centralized political party is less effective in winning elections because some may say that those parties don't represent all regions equally.</em>

Explanation:

First, let's remember what is political centralization. A centralized government is <em>one in which power -or legal authority- is coordinated by a de facto political executive to which federal states, local authorities, and smaller units are considered subjects.</em>

The thing with this kind of government is that <u>it is not always representative of the whole territory</u>, so the states that are correctly represented will agree with the politics because they will suit their needs, but <u>the states that are not well represented will be discontent</u>. Having in mind that most of the states will be far from the central activity, we can infer that it is less likely for a centralized political party to win elections.

Well, it's really hard  to say because both have its own merit.

But one could argue that centralized political party couldn't focus its attention to the region that is located far away from the central government, which is less effective in winning election
