I believe teens definitely are most concerned about muscular strength. They are more worried about that because they want to protect themselves, impress others, sometimes kids just want to bulk up to not look so wimpy, etc.

I would have to say teens are less worried about flexibility because when you have mussels why worry about doing the splits or putting your leg up to your head. One thing will always distract you from the rest.

7 Dara is preparing to perform open heart surgery on a cardiac patient. She makes sure to remove her wedding ring before vigorou
Genrish500 [490]

Answer: The option that is the most likely reason for taking off her wedding ring is C ( so that any bacteria or germs present on the ring do not contaminate the field).

Explanation:

The practice of scrubbing-up is performed by surgeons and other medical personnel before a surgical procedure. The main purpose of this procedure is to:

--> remove contaminating debris from the hands and forearms,

--> reduce the microbial count to a low levels as possible

--> leave an anti-microbial residue on the skin which prevents the growth of micro-organisms for several hours.

Gloves are worn after performing a scrub-up to provide more protection for the patient and safeguard the surgeon and team members who will contact the patient's blood and other body fluids

From the purpose of scrubbing-up mentioned above, one can conclude that the procedure is done to maintain a sterile environment during surgery. When jewellery such as a wedding ring is worn while performing a scrub, the tendency of not properly scrubbing the area under which is covered by the ring is high. This in turn can lead to increase in microbial counts with high chances of contaminating the field.

Therefore, ideally it is advisable not to wear wedding rings during a scrub-up even though a glove is worn after scrubbing.

A client has a managed care program that is organized on the basis of capitation. Client providers are paid the same amount earned is a characteristic of this client's health care

Capitation is a set sum of money per patient and per hour that is paid in advance to the doctor to cover the cost of providing medical care. The payment that a medical provider or health insurance company agrees to make under a capitated agreement is referred to as a capitation payment.

For each patient enrolled in a health insurance plan, the healthcare provider receives a fixed payment in US dollars each month. In contract negotiations with payers, the doctor has more negotiating power. Concerns about capitation include the possibility that it would: Incentivize enrolling many people, which might lead to greater wait times and shorter times for individual patient visits.
