Therefore, when we see everything in our life as negative because we are sick, our percpetion of the world is being affected by a physiological state: the state of being sick.

Personification is making non-human things human like...since the poem is all about a person, this is not correct either. Hyperbole is an over exaggeration. Throughout the poem, Shakespeare over exaggerates the weaknesses of the person he loves.
