Answer:

6.60%

Explanation:

We use the RATE formula that is shown in the attachment

Given that,

Present value = $=1,459.51

Assuming figure - Future value or Face value = $1,000

PMT = 1,000 × 11% ÷ 2 = $55

NPER = 18 years × 2 = 36 years

The formula is shown below:

= Rate(NPER;PMT;-PV;FV;type)

The present value come in negative

So, after solving this, the coupon rate is

= 3.30% × 2

= 6.60%

In a production budget, if the number of units in finished goods inventory at the end of the period is less than the number of u
ivolga24 [154]

Answer: False

Explanation:

In a production budget, when the number of units in finished goods inventory at the end of the period is less than the number of units in the finished goods inventory at the beginning of the period, this simply means that the expected number of units sold is higher than the number of units that was produced for that particular period.

Fro example, let's assume that the beginning inventory is 20,000 and the units of goods produced is 25,000 while the units sold is 27,000. Then, the ending units will be:

= 20,000 + 25,000 - 27,000

= 18,000

As we can see from the example, the number of units in the finished goods inventory at the end of the period(18,000) is less than the number of units in the finished goods inventory at the beginning of the period(20,000), the expected number of units sold(27,000) is more or higher than the number of units to be produced(25,000) during the period.

Answer:

An oligopoly market structure is distinguished by several characteristics, one of which is mutual interdependence. There is some other characteristics of this market structure which is as follows:

C: Market control by a few large firms

Explanation:

“Oligopoly” is a market structure in which only some sellers offer similar or identical products. This means only small group of companies are dominating one specific segment of the market. In case any new company tries to enter the same segment, it is difficult for it get established as there are certain barriers created by the existing companies of that segment.

So, option A is incorrect as it says, “either identical or differentiated products” as the characteristic. Option B is also not correct as it says, “Market control by many small firms” and option D says “No Entry” which is also incorrect.

Nominal GDP is multiple choice 1 the sum of intermediate and final goods and services, whereas real GDP is the sum of final good
Alexus [3.1K]

Answer: b. market or money value of all final goods and services produced by the economy in a given year, whereas real GOP is adjusted for inflation

Explanation:

Nominal GDP for a given year refers to the final value of all goods and services in the country using the current year prices.

Real GDP however, makes it easier to compare the nominal GDP to past GDPs because it removes the effects of inflation by using prices from a base year to calculate GDP. This way it can be seen if the economy actually grew.
