The prostate is a part of the male reproductive system, which is located just below the bladder and in front of the rectum. It is about the size of a nut and wraps around the urethra. Several studies corroborate that prostate diseases, such as cancer, occur in elderly men through a prostate biopsy. In most men it evolves gradually without cancer affecting their quality of life, while ina few cases the cancer is aggressive.
