The biological explanation for the correlation between optimism and physical health focuses on?
Ray Of Light [21]

The biological explanation for the correlation between optimism and physical health focuses on risky behaviors and adrenaline.

What is Physical health?

This is defined as the well being and the proper functioning of the body system of individuals and can be improved through good food and exercises. This ensures the appropriate nutrients are made available to the body for various metabolic reactions.

The exercises on the other hand helps to increase blood flow which contains oxygen and other compounds to other parts of the body. This is therefore the reason why it was chosen as the most appropriate choice.

Paragraph on comparative study of hdi among saarc countries
Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer:

Human Development Index (HDI) is the strongest and widely used measure of overall performance of countries. The '2014 Human Development Report - Sustaining Human Progress: Reducing Vulnerabilities and Building Resilience' provides a fresh perspective on vulnerability and proposes ways to strengthen resilience. It highlights the need for both promoting people’s choices and protecting human development achievements. It takes the view that vulnerability threatens human development and, unless it is systematically addressed, progress will be neither equitable nor sustainable. Based on the light of this recent report launched on 24 July, 2014, here in this study, an attempt has been made to global highlights of the report, comparison of SAARC countries and remarks on the status of Nepal.
