Strength training is for every person, whether you're 25 or 85 years old. Strength training is a crucial aspect of staying fit, losing or maintaining weight, and our overall health.

Yes!! Weight training has many benefits (helps losing/maintaining weight, may help for mental reasons, and for overall health). : D

Every sport has some movements involved/exercises that are also used/displayed in sports. Weight training (appropriately) helps increase speed, agility, and strength: which is important if you are an athlete or participate in sports that require that.

So not only can it be used as a way of preparing..suppose for a tournament, but it also helps you in general.

Notes:

"By stressing your bones, weight/strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis."

Ede4ka [16]
Peristalsis is the term used to describe how muscle layers contract and expand in order to move food throughout the digestive system. From the mouth, the food goes through the esophagus, into the stomach, then through the small and large intestines until it finally comes out the rectum. During this process, the small intestine absorbs nutrients which are moved into the blood stream by way of “vili”, or small projections in the small intestines, which contain dedicated cells to assist in the process.
