Strength training is for every person, whether you're 25 or 85 years old. Strength training is a crucial aspect of staying fit, losing or maintaining weight, and our overall health.

Yes!! Weight training has many benefits (helps losing/maintaining weight, may help for mental reasons, and for overall health). : D

Every sport has some movements involved/exercises that are also used/displayed in sports. Weight training (appropriately) helps increase speed, agility, and strength: which is important if you are an athlete or participate in sports that require that.

So not only can it be used as a way of preparing..suppose for a tournament, but it also helps you in general.

Notes:

"By stressing your bones, weight/strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis."

If capnography were in use, an ETCO2 level of would indicate
LUCKY_DIMON [66]

Answer:

If capnography were in use, an ETCO2 level of less than 10 mmHg would indicate to the team that there could be a problem with the quality of chest compressions.

Explanation:

Capnography is a non-invasive method to measure the concentration or partial pressure of carbon dioxide (CO2) in respiratory gases, which represents a sensitive index of the patient's breathing quality. A capnography monitor is used for measuring end-tidal CO2 (EtCO2) at the end of exhalation. The normal ETCO2 values in adult patients range from 35-45 mmHg. A low ETCO2 value may be indicative of poor systemic perfusion (i.e., the heart is unable to supply sufficient oxygen-rich blood to the tissues), which can be caused by hypovolemia, sepsis,  dysrhythmias, etc. High-quality chest compressions are achieved when ETCO2 is at least 10-20 mmHg.
