Sudden cardiac arrest is an abrupt occurrence where the heart ceases to function and results in death within minutes. According
denis-greek [22]

The first step to start administering CPR is to look for an automated external defibrillator and press it to the patient's chest to try to normalize the heartbeat.

Anyone expecting cardiac arrest should immediately call 911 and perform CPR until professionals arrive.

<h3>What is CPR?</h3>

Corresponds to cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which is a procedure that helps to rescue an individual who is suffering a cardiorespiratory arrest. Resuscitation is performed through the use of an automated external defibrillator or through the aid of hands on a specific count, when the device is not nearby.

Is there a conscious (or subconscious) process you explore when evaluating your options and how they may impact your desired out
Alinara [238K]

This is a personal question. Therefore, only you would be able to accurately analyze how it is that you evaluate options when making a decision. However, there are some common strategies that people follow when such a problem arises.

One example of such a strategy would be making a pros and cons list. This allows the person to better understand the problems and benefits of each approach. Another strategy would be working your way backwards. This involves thinking of the desired outcome first, and then retracing the steps that might lead you in that direction. A third example involves talking to people who have faced similar challenges and asking them for advice.

Which of the following is a reason for a researcher to select a quasi-experimental design? Select one:
Aleksandr [31]

Answer:

To avoid the ethical issues a true experiment would cause.

Explanation:

A quasi-experiment is a factual conventional study that is used to calculate the causal effect of interference on a target population without an irregular function. Quasi-experimental research shares closeness with traditional experimental design or randomized controlled trials, but lacks the element of random assignment specifically for treatment or control.

Instead, quasi-experimental designs typically allow the researcher to control the assignment to treatment status, but use some criterion other than random assignment (For example- an eligibility cutoff mark).

Why do oligopolies exist? List five or six oligopolists whose products you own or regularly purchase. What distinguishes oligopo
xxMikexx [17]

Answer:

Check the explanation

Explanation:

The biggest and most notable reason why oligopolies exist is collaboration. A lot of Firms see more economic advantages in collaborating on a precise price than in trying to battle and drag price competitively with their competitors. By controlling prices in a cartel like way, oligopolies are able to raise their difficulty to entry.

A few oligopolists whose products I make use of are GMC, Samsung, Dell, Apple, UPS, and BP.

Oligopoly is differentiated from monopolistic competition in that oligopoly is comprised of a small number of businesses and they have distinguished or homogeneous products and trying to break-in into their line of business is very difficult.
