They are trying to change the economic environment of international management in the sense that they are promoting programs that would benefit the developing countries and not the individuals alone. To increase the economic conditions, two main factors mentioned are necessary; improve the standard of living (evident by the increase in wages of the farmers), improve health care and access to healthcare (lowers incidents of mortality rates). This is simply an example of a change in the economic environment.
