So the wound can not receive proper attention from the body because it doesn't have enough nutrients or oxygen to heal.
Physically speaking if one had High self-esteem and a positive outlook you would presume that the individual would be less stressed leading to:
Less chance of heart diseases
Weight loss
more energy
better memory
