heres a quick tip In these kind of Questions count the number of "-" and if they are odd then your answer will be -X if it is even the the anwer will be +X  (X can be any number) so the answer will be like

-10x=-5---->x=-5/-10--->x=5/10--->x=1/2--->x=0.5
