Answer;

-Nucleus, cytoplasm

In general, most DNA viruses multiply in the host cell's nucleus, while most RNA viruses multiply in the host cell's cytoplasm.

Explanation;

-A virus is a small parasite that cannot reproduce by itself. Most viruses have either RNA or DNA as their genetic material. The nucleic acid may be single- or double-stranded.

-A DNA virus is a virus that has DNA as its genetic material and replicates using a DNA-dependent DNA polymerase. RNA viruses are the viruses that have RNA as their genetic material. This nucleic acid is usually ssRNA, but may also be dsRNA.

-Replication mechanism depends on the viral genome; DNA viruses usually use host cell proteins and enzymes to make additional DNA that is transcribed to messenger RNA, which is then used to direct protein synthesis. RNA viruses usually use the RNA core as a template for synthesis of viral genomic RNA and mRNA. The viral mRNA directs the host cell to synthesize viral enzymes and capsid proteins, and to assemble new virions.
