° Storing data with a credible organizations generally reliable; they run multiple back ups to ensure data safety.

$Disadvantages$ -

° You must trust the organization

° Requires a lot of bandwidth and data support

° Concern over security when data is in transit

° Managing remote back ups may not be as simple as local back ups
