Something that could help you as well is D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths / Edition 1. It's a book I got in the sixth grade and was a very informative and interesting read that outlined all the main myths and lore.

Since you're in middle school you can try books like Percy Jackson to learn a bit more? 
Anyway, greek mythology... from what I know here are a couple major gods..
Ares, god of war
Hera, goddess of marriage, married to Zeus
Zeus, ruler of Olympus and god of lightning and order
Poseidon, god of the seas
Demeter, goddess of agriculture 
Athena, goddess of wisdom and daughter of Zeus
 Apollo, god of light and prophecy
Artemis, god of archery, hunting, and virginity
Aphrodite, goddess of love and desire
Hermes, messenger, god of commerce
Hephaestus, god of blacksmiths
Dionysus, god of wine
