<span>Exercise leads to prodution of endonorphins, which acts as analgesics/pain releivers. It also causes a state of calm and relaxation, which calms heart also. HDL is increased and LDL is decreased. Blood flow and circulation of oxygen is improved. Neurotransmitters are released, like cortisol, which decrease stress.</span>
