Hey there!

<em>Your given numbers (f(x)=y; g(x)=y)</em>

  1. \bold{f(x)=3x+2}
  2. \bold{g(x)=5x-10}

<em>Steps to find out your answer</em>

  • \bold{g(x)-f(x)=[5x-10]-[3x+2]}
  • \bold{g(x)-f(x)=[5x-3x]+[(-10)-2]}
  • \bold{g(x)-f(x)=2x-12}

<em>Solve those and you will find out your answer to this equation/question</em>

  • <em>Thus, \boxed{\boxed{\bold{Answer:g(x)-f(x)=5x-12-3x}}}</em>

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!

F(x)-g(x)

Plug in values

5x-10-3x+2

Simplify

2x-8
