Answer:

Supreme court is the guardian of the constitution however, through constitutional amendment, the constitution can be altered or changed.

Explanation:

Due to the rigidity of US constitution only,27 amendment could be carried till now. First constitutional amendment was ratified during the year 1791 granting the rights to religion, speech, assembly etc. This was one among the first ten amendment which were called the bill of rights.

This process of amending the constitution is very long and complicated. It requires the special majority. This is done to uphold the rigid nature of the constitution.

kakasveta [241]

Answer:

The best description is "It is much higher than the world average."

Explanation:

The government's actions did affect the ratio, but it's probably more accurate to say that the ratio is higher. There are more men than women, which makes the ratio pretty high. (A high ratio is one where there is a large difference between the two numbers.)

Although the Anti-Federalists lost their main goal, what important task did they accomplish?
Scorpion4ik [409]
The Anti-Federalists failed to grant the states the majority of the power (in a similar set-up to the Articles of Confederation), if I recall correctly. The important task they achieved was the addition of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution. They wanted to ensure that some of our most important rights were clearly defined and included in our nation's leading document.
