On solving

$3 \times(x+15) = 2 \times 4x$

$3x+45 =8x$

$45 =8x-3x$

$45 =5x$

$x =\frac{45}{5}$

x = 9

The number of book is

=> $4 \times x$

=> $4 \times 9$

=> 36

The number of movies is

=>x + 15
