Answer: Federal and unitary states are both different in their own way. Federal is more open and out there for people to propose different ideas and their way of thinking about the world. While unitary states are more confidential and don’t open up to just everybody. So if I were to choose which type of state I think has a better ability to manage a country‘s government I would choose unitary.
