Answer: The answer is 4000 in. sq.

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the surface area of a rectangular prism you follow the formula SA = 2(wl+hl+hw) However, with this question we must scale the values up by 10. We do this by multiplying them by 10. The original values were 6, 2, and 1. The new ones are 60, 20, and 10. Now all we do is plug them into the formula.

See :

SA = 2(wl+hl+hw)   SA = 2 (20 · 60 + 10 · 60 + 10 · 20)

This may look scary but once you simplify it, it looks like this :

SA = 2(1200+600+200)

SA = 2(2000)

SA = 4000

This is a square pyramid. What is the length of the base? h=3 v=36
Ulleksa [173]

volume of square pyramid = S^2*h/3

volume = 36

 h = 3

36 = S^2 *3/3

36 = S^2

S = sqrt(36)

S = 6

length of base = 6

Consider the system of equations. 3x + 2y = 16, x + y = 4 Which numerical values could you multiply the second equation by to el
andrezito [222]

Answer: -2

Step-by-step explanation:

3x+2y=16

x+y=4 multiply by -2

-2x-2y=-8

3x+2y=16  ------a

-2x-2y=-8  -------b

Add equation a and b

(3x+-2x)+(2y+-2y) = 16+(-8)

x+0=8 (y has been eliminated)
