Dew point of temperature is defined as the temperature at which the air must cool in order to become saturated.
At normal conditions of temperature and pressure, the dew point of temperature will not be more than the air temperature because relative humidity cannot be 100 percent. It the temperature is lower than its dew point, then it is called as supersaturated.
