Answer:The difference between mass and weight is that mass is the amount of matter in a material, while weight is a measure of how the force of gravity acts upon that mass. Mass is the measure of the amount of matter in a body. ... Weight usually is denoted by W. Weight is mass multiplied by the acceleration of gravity (g).

Explanation:

A simple weight definition for kids is: weight refers to the force gravity applies to an object. A simple mass definition for kids is: mass reflects the amount of matter (i.e., electrons, protons and neutrons) an object contains. We can place a scale on the moon and weigh an object there.

Answer:

MASS is how much matter is in an object.

WEIGHT is how heavy or light the object is.

Imagine you were on the moon. Your weight is less because there is less gravity than on Earth. Although, your mass stays the same, because your body did not lose any matter (Material).

Hope I helped

(I didn't use 5 sentences but you still get the idea, right?)

FIND THE INDEPENDENT & DEPENDENT VARIABLE!
Westkost [7]

Answer:

The answer is:

Independent: red meat eaten by a person

Dependent: iron in the blood

Explanation:

A dependent variable has to depend on something else, so in order for a dependent variable to exist or happen, there has to be the independent variable. The independent variable is something that does not need anything else to happen for it to take place. It s independent. Such as, a mother cannot have a child without sperm. The mother have a child is dependent, where the sperm is independent.
