Nope. Probability is always 1/2, cause there are 2 sides of the coin. No more or less likely to be heads or tails on the 6th flip

The student is incorrect. Independent events are events in which the outcome of one event doesn't affect the outcome of another. Flipping a 6 x is 6 independent events. The probablilty of the next flip landing on heads is still 1/2.
