There’s no way you can fully get rid of anxiety, but there’s way you can make yourself feel better. stress is probably one of your main problems. especially for the finals. i understand the finals may seem scary but comparing them to the rest of your grades in the grade book they’re only worth around 100 out of 1000 points.
