I'm not sure what circles consider meth to be 'magical' but this could possibly come from the euphoric feeling associated with using the drug. Or perhaps people think the weight loss aspect of taking the drug is magical?

Meth effects dopamine transmitters which help control your bodies reward and pleasure centers, so maybe the 'high' is magical.

Meth is a drug. the word magical can be used in many different ways. it can be used to say that it has the best feeling when you take it... or maybe because it has the least effect on you when you take a lot compared to other drugs!
