Hello,

I Think the answer would be A

Hears why;

Answer B is not correct because it does not make scene. I don't know of anything in your body that would make you sluggish while exercising. If anything your body would want to help you. Now by answer B not being correct answer D is out of the picture.

So its up to A & C; c is the best answer out of these options because the question says "During exercise" so Endorphins would not be released during watching TV.

So there you have it, Hope this helps.

Have a wonderful day!

SOVA2 [1]

Morning jogs are one way to improve my activity level. One way to determine its effectiveness, is to pay attention to how long you can run at a time without needing to stop. Another way to improve physical activity, would be to spend an hour outside everyday. Whether it be to go on a walk, or play sports with friends. Being able to do this everyday would help my health very well!

You can write the rest about the details of what sports you would play, or where you would run to! You can also let me know where you would run and what sports and I can write the rest!!
