Answer B is not correct because it does not make scene. I don't know of anything in your body that would make you sluggish while exercising. If anything your body would want to help you. Now by answer B not being correct answer D is out of the picture.

So its up to A & C; c is the best answer out of these options because the question says "During exercise" so Endorphins would not be released during watching TV.
