The self-efficacy is the key component of the self-system. The self-efficacy is influenced by the individual's abilities, cognitive capabilities and attitudes. The high self-efficacy is a feature which increases the likelihood of accomplishment of goal and performing a task successfully.
The students with high self-efficacy are expected to have confidence. They are expected to learn the material well in the class and are expected to complete the activity well.
