History

A primary source is a document or any artifact that provide us with evidence after an event occurs. Somebody who created a document, or speaks about the event, is a witness who saw everything that took place.

Now what you've been waiting for, the answers.

I don't think President Bush witnessed the event exactly where it happened but he was aware of it, trying to do anything he can, I'd say this could be a primary source, but I am not too sure.

An interview with someone who was in one of the twin towers on the day of the events would definitely be a primary source.

The Congressional Record of the House of Representatives showing the vote for the use of the army after the events that occurred on 09/11/01 would also be considered a primary source.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Los Angeles prospered because of oil, the automobile, and the movie industry, but what resource did Los Angeles desperately need
vladimir2022 [97]

Because of Los Angeles’ hot and dry weather, they lack sufficient water. Combined with low levels of rainfall, the arid climate of the city made for some historic droughts in the past, not just in Los Angeles but in the entire state of California as well. Local officials are closely implementing water conservation programs to help alleviate the deficiency in water supply.

Which affect do some believe third-party candidate Ross Perot had on the 1992 election?
Simora [160]

Answer:

Third-party candidate Ross Perot affected the 1992 election by taking a great amount of votes from Bush, thus allowing Clinton to win the elections.

Explanation:

The 1992 presidential election was contested between the Republican nominee and president George H.W. Bush; the Democrat Bill Clinton, governor of Arkansas; and the independent candidate Ross Perot, a Texas businessman.

Bush had alienated much of his conservative base by breaking his 1988 campaign promise against tax collection, when the economy was in a recession.

The Democratic nominee, Bill Clinton, managed to establish himself as the leader of a party that had been defeated by a large margin in the three previous presidential elections. In fact, thanks to the division of the right-wing vot between Bush and Perot, Clinton managed to win the elections with a lower voting percentage than that achieved by the loser of the 1988 election, Michael Dukakis.
