Answer:

Tokugawa Ieyasu was the master of central Japan and influenced the religion of Japan by banishing Christianity from all over its territory.

Explanation:

Tokugawa exercised great control over Japan, maintaining it as a political and economic unit, strengthening its military bases and transmuting the rude samurai of the time into samurai, masters of war arts and classical arts. His force was exerted upon the whole court and all Daimyo and religious orders.

In 1612, he forbids Christianity and established that all citizens should follow their religion, Buddhism. Those who refused would be severely punished.

Emil Kraepelin, a German Psychiatrist, may be considered as the grandfather of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (DSM). Before the DSM was published, he had already an attempt of classifying mental illnesses by grouping its similar symptoms. He had developed a system to make distinctions of different disorders.  He believed that biology and genetics have a key role in mental illnesses. This concept became the basis of the DSM-III, which is quite different from earlier versions that are pyschodynamically oriented.

hammer [34]

The correct answer is A) Before anyone can follow a leader, they need to have an idea of where they are going and why through vision.

Vision is central to a transformational leader's goal in that before anyone can follow a leader, they need to have an idea of where they are going and why through vision.

It is of the utmost importance because when the leader has a clear vision, he/she know where it wants to go and how it takes to get there. A clear vision is important for team members because it provides a sense of purpose and direction. Without a vision, a leader could find it difficult to lead the team and maintain the course of action under good and bad times
