Under a ________ political culture, citizens will tend to be more tolerant of corruption from their political leaders and less l
QveST [7]

Answer:

Option B.

Explanation:

Individualistic is the right answer.

Individualistic political culture sees the government as a device for discussing issues that value to individual residents and for seeking individual aims. In this culture, people interact with the state in the same way, they would communicate with a marketplace. They assume the government to afford goods and services they see as basic, and the public leaders and administrators who produce them anticipate to be recompensed for their works. Accordingly, under an Individualistic political culture, residents will tend to be more receptive of corruption from their executive officers and less likely to see governments as a noble profession in which all residents should engage.

How does the provision for and the protection of individual rights and freedoms consume government resources of time and money?
grandymaker [24]

In order to ensure the safeguard of rights of all sorts of its citizens, the government needs to collect and generate revenue and then invest a heavy portion of it in ensuring that all the individual rights are well taken care off and no infringement of freedom is done. Now in order to provide safety, maintain law and order, provide security, and so on the government has to invest it's time and money in order to bring about changes constantly as per the need in its system, thus administering the Society is a tough job with increasing population it becomes necessary to strengthen its power and to combine technology and human capital along with monetary support to take care of individual rights and freedom. Implementation of the rights is an important thus a huge task in itself. It requires manpower, along with capital, it needs time, various studies have to be carried out etc. If the government is not willing to invest it's time in learning the needs and then trying to implement what's necessary, a situation of chaos might erupt. In the old days, government in most parts of the world, had the only duty of providing safety, security, maintenance of law and order, and taking care of individual thus civil rights. Thus the taxes which were levied and collected were then used in administrative proceedings and providing safety means.

Resources collected from people, are used in their favor again in different means and manners. Not necessarily that all of it is going to be used in the correct direction, since we cannot deny the existence of corruption prevailing in the administration services and governance. But the government revenue is highly dependent upon the public resources, and even without the collective revenue a smooth functioning of government and safeguarding of right wont be possible.
