Ground-Fault Circuit Interrupter , Fuse, Circuit Breaker cause the circuit to break when high amount of current flows through it; thereby protecting any electrical accidents. A superconductor has zero resistance. It gives an easy path for an amount of electricity to flow through it. Thus, it would not prevent electrical accidents.

The fuse, circuit breaker and ground-fault circuit interrupter are things that broke when the current is high enough, cutting the circuit in the process and prevent possible electrical accidents.

A superconductor, for the other hand, is a very good conductor with almost zero resistance, this has nothing to help prevent electrical accidents, it is just a very very good conductor.
