She gives us a vivid picture of Louise’s psyche—all her thoughts and feelings are laid bare. Chopin’s description of Louise’s internal thoughts also gives us a hint of what lies behind the character’s motivations.

Some of these reasons include the establishment of justice, tranquility, common defense, general welfare, and the benefits that come with liberty.

The first sentence of paragraph three of the Declaration of Independence is a reference to how their efforts at peacemaking were rejected by the Prince in Britain. While important, it is not as compelling as the preamble to the constitution.
