You see you can break it up by 30's, 30 is its greatest common factor, so 30 can go into 90 3 times and 120 4 times so it turns to= 3/4

Area = pi r^2
r = d/2
r = 4/2
r = 2 feet
pi = 3

Area = 3 * 2 * 2 = 12 square feet <<<<<< Answer.
