This is so because, as a consequence of specialization, manufacturing industries in that country would have more experience in the elaboration of these goods, which would result in a higher quality and accessibility of these goods compared to goods from abroad.
In contrast, in countries with a specialization in other areas, they would tend to produce manufactured goods of a lower quality or a much higher price, thus being second-order goods in the structure of the international market.
