EXAMPLE: 1) If I am hungry, then I am tired. 2) If I am tired, then I am sleepy. -----------------------------------------------
Mkey [24]

Answer: N.B The question seems incomplete and I believe the complete question should be what type of reasoning is this. The answer is abductive reasoning

Explanation: Abductive reasoning is a form of logical inference which starts with an observation or set of observations and then seeks to find the simplest and most likely explanation for the observations.

From the above question, the first premise of the individual observed that hunger leads to tiredness. The second premise of the individual observed that tiredness leads to sleepiness. The individual conclusion then states that hunger leads to sleepiness from all the observation gathered. Note that there could be other reasons why the individual feels sleepy, hence why this type of reasoning is abductive.

Which is a necessary element of every effective physical activity action plan?
Oksanka [162]
Evaluating your skills is a key component to a successful physical activity action plan. Assessing yourself through physical tests (e.g. weight and girth measurements) could give you an idea what exactly you want to happen in your training program. Aside from knowing your structure, you should also assess yourself if you are fit enough or you have certain medical conditions that would prohibit you from performing certain activities (e.g. high blood pressure, hypertension).

In doing so, you not only ensure the success of your training action plan, but you also secured your safety before executing the activities you assigned for yourself.
