Answer: Fourth graph

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: The function below shows the number of hours f(x) Cindy took to make an apple pie after she had made it x times:

f(x)=3(0.4)^x

As we can see , all the given graph are intersecting y axis and at y axis , the value of x=0.

So to find the intersecting point of y axis and the given function, put x=0 in the given function, we have

f(0)=3(0.4)^0=3(1)=3

So the intersecting point = (0,3)

We can see from options that only in the last graph the curve is intersecting y axis at 3.

Hence, the fourth graph represents the function.

Note the time is getting smaller, which rules out 1 and 3. plug 1 in for x to get f(1)=1.2. on the 2nd graph, f at 1 has a value of. 4. however graph 4 has a value of f at 1 of 1.2. last graph is the answer

My first answer.  Lots of parts for five minutes. Took me that long to decode the question.  It looks like your multiplying where you're taking roots.

(\sqrt[4]{7})^5 = (7^{\frac 1 4})^5 = 7^{\frac 5 4}

<span>Choice A.  Next
</span>
(3^{2/3})^{1/6} = 3^{ \frac 2 3 \times \frac 1 6 } = 3^{\frac 1 9} = \sqrt[9]{ 3} &#10;&#10;&#10;

Choice B.

\dfrac {2^{3/4} } {2 ^{1/2} }  = 2^{3/4 - 1/2} = 2^{1/4} = \sqrt[4] {2}&#10;

Choice C

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
brilliants [131]

Answer: P=47 inches

Step-by-step explanation:

First, you have to find the other side lengths. Two of the sides are equal to 20 because this is a rectangle. The first blank would be 20 because 20 times the other side length is equal to 70. Then you would divide 70 by 20 which would equal x. x would equal 3.5 in. Then the perimeter would be:

2(20)+2(3.5)=P

P=47 inches

Luke called a repairman to fix the furnace at his cabin. The repairman charged $35 per hour plus a fee of $25 for the service ca
Marizza181 [45]

Answer:

The answer is A.

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the value you have to know how many hours the repairman took to repair. Then after you find how many hours he took multiply the hours by 35 than add 25.

So the equation would look like  35x hr+25 =

hr=hours
