Answer:

the answer is 6

Step-by-step explanation:

a distance can not be neg . if you walk 15 feet backwards you still walked backwards 15 feet;you wont say "i walked -15 feet backwards".

the way the number line works is ,if you are finding the opposite of a negative number you go right of the 0, if not you go left, in this case you are finding the opposite of 6, so the distance is 6 since it cant be neg distance but the number on the line IS -6.

Answer:

 • PQRS - a parallelogram
 • GHJI - not necessarily
 • RSUT - a parallelogram
 • ABDC - a parallelogram

Step-by-step explanation:

A parallelogram has these characteristics that can be useful for answering this question:

 • opposite sides are the same length
 • opposite sides are parallel
 • the diagonals bisect each other

__

PQRS

Opposite sides are the same length: a parallelogram

__

GHJI

Two isosceles triangles share a base segment. Not necessarily a parallelogram.

__

RSUT

The diagonals bisect each other: a parallelogram

__

ABDC

Opposite sides are parallel: a parallelogram. We know BD║AC from the converse of the alternate interior angles theorem. AB and CD are marked parallel.

They sold 168 pizzas.
Multiple 4 by 12 (a dozen). That’s how many they sold that afternoon. In the afternoon they sold 2.5 times 48 pizzas. that gives you 120. They sold 48 in the afternoon and 120 that night. You would add those in order to get how many they sold that day: 168. Let me know if you have any questions :)

5/3 (6x + 9) ≤ 2x − 5

step by step please
Sati [7]

Answer:

27.5 (is greater than) -2.5

>

Step-by-step explanation:

Distribute 5/3 to 6x and 9, (5/3•6x)+(5/3•9)=10x+15.

Set 10x+15 equal to 2x-5

10x+15=2x-5

(get rid of the smaller slope)

-2x -2x

8x+15=-5

+15 +15

8x=10

(divide by 8 to get the value of x)

8x divided by 8=x

10 divided by 8=1.25

x=1.25

Plug the known value of x back into the equations.

10(1.25)+15=27.5

2(1.25)-5=-2.5

27.5 (less than or equal to) -2.5 is incorrect. It would be

27.5 (is greater than) -2.5
