However, there has been no statistically significant change from 2010 to 2016. For women, the suicidc rate had increased by 7.5% annually from 1993 to 2009, but since 2009, the suicidc rate had been significantly decreased by 6.1% annually until 2016. In terms of the age group, the suicidc rates among women of almost all age groups have been decreased since 2010; however, the suicidc rates of men aged between 30 and 49 years showed continuously increasing trends.
